Hunters are required to wear hunter (blaze) orange. This includes a vest or jacket and a hat/helmet. Bear hunters may remove the orange once in their blinds/tree stands but must wear the orange going into and coming out of their sites. Orange helmets or helmet covers are recommended for hunting on ATVs. Also helmets and proof of insurance are both required for ATVs.
